These terms govern use of Cherokee County Court Records, a private reference site about Cherokee County, Georgia records access. Official court files, public records requests, and copies remain governed by Georgia law, including O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 and O.C.G.A. 50-18-71, and by the rules of the originating office.
